Jamie DeWitt (Project 2) was part of a panel of inspiring community members that engaged folks after the film’s screening. Inspired by the sketches in his late grandmother’s sketchbooks, artist, filmmaker, and KEEN impact maker Max Romey retraces her travels to the remote beaches of Katmai, Alaska. There he joins a group of marine debris experts from the Ocean Plastics Recovery Project and discovers that a lot of people are making footprints on Katmai without ever visiting.
