Danielle Westerman

My name is Danielle Westerman and I am a postdoctoral researcher in Environmental Engineering under the mentorship of Dr. Detlef Knappe. My research focuses on assessing PFAS exposure by developing total organic fluorine methods for both environmental and biological matrices. Outside of the lab I enjoy trying new recipes from my favorite cook books and discovering new trails with my dog!
