Data Management and Analysis Core (DMAC). The goals of our DMAC are to coordinate development of project/core Data Management Plans, implement a software pipeline that standardizes the transfer of data between projects and the Analytical Core, facilitate interactive statistical and bioinformatics analysis that enhance rigor and reproducibility, ensure Center-wide data access and interoperability, visualize results to foster communication across projects and cores and advance training of the next generation of Data Scientists.

Core of Advanced Platform Technologies Used for Remediation and Exploration (CAPTURE). The goal of CAPTURE is to provide expertise, state-of-the-art instrumentation, and novel analytical approaches to address a broad range of scientific questions presented across our proposed Center. The three Core Facilities that will comprise CAPTURE are the Genomic Sciences Laboratory (GSL), the Analytical Instrumentation Facility (AIF), and the Molecular Education, Technology, and Research Innovation Center (METRIC).
