Katy May (CEC) attended an event for a group of career academy coordinators that are hoping to offer local high schools the opportunity to engage and brainstorm potential collaboration opportunities with partners at NC State. There are several local high schools that align specifically with Health/Life Sciences initiatives, including; Athens Drive Magnet High School – Health Science Career Academy, East Wake High School – Academy of Life Sciences, Enloe High School – Medical Bio-Science Academy, and Southeast Raleigh Magnet High School – Academy of Biomedical Sciences.
